Findrs is a tech recruitment business with a very human core – lighthearted, ambitious, growing fast, and operating in a category where every competitor claims to be about people and almost none of them sound like it.
The brand platform, visual identity and verbal identity were led by Andy Young of YoungStudio, our lead brand designer within AsOne, drawing on other AsOne specialists to deliver. Airborne designed and built the website.
There was no agency in the middle of that. There was a senior specialist who owned the brand, a studio that owned the build, and a client who dealt with one team.
Brand and website delivered end to end through AsOne.

Position
Good people are not hard to find. They are everywhere, if you are looking through the right pair of lenses.
Findrs’ lens is their values, and the belief that if you work hard and are decent to people, good things follow. Decent humans meet more decent humans – whether that is start-ups on the same page or candidates looking for the right team to grow with.
The strategic move was refusing to translate that into recruitment-industry language. Every agency in the category says it is people-first, in a voice that sounds like a framework. Findrs needed to sound like the company you would actually want to answer the phone to.
The identity that came out of it is bold, conversational and playful, and the verbal work is the part carrying most of the weight.

Site
We took the identity into a website built to hold that voice at full strength.
Recruitment sites are typically two things bolted together: a corporate brochure and a job board. The tone collapses somewhere between them. Our job was to design and deliver a site where the copy, the structure and the interface all sounded like the same company – so that a candidate landing on a role and a founder landing on the homepage both met the same personality.

Model
This is the AsOne model working exactly as intended.
The brand was led by the most appropriate senior specialist for the work, and other AsOne specialists were brought in to deliver alongside him. Airborne took the build. The client got a single team of senior people and no juniors learning on their budget.
It is worth naming because it is the argument for the network in the first place. AsOne is not a subcontracting arrangement. It is how the right senior people get assembled around a specific brief, and Findrs is the version of that with the fewest moving parts.

Why this matters
Every recruitment brand claims to be about people. Very few sound like people.
Findrs does, and within hours of launch the response was already arriving. The lesson is not that voice matters more than identity. It is that in a category where every visual signal is interchangeable, the voice is the identity, and the site is where it either survives or gets flattened into copy.
