Acceptable Use Policy
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and Airborne Studio Limited (we, us, our) under which you may access our website, www.airborne.studio (the site).

This policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, the site. It supplements our Terms of Website Use. By using the site you accept and agree to abide by this policy.
2. Prohibited uses
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with our content standards in section 4.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material, or any other form of similar solicitation.
- To knowingly transmit any data or send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.
You also agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of the site in contravention of our Terms of Website Use, and not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
- any part of the site;
- any equipment or network on which the site is stored;
- any software used in the provision of the site; or
- any equipment, network or software owned or used by any third party.
3. Automated access, scraping and AI training
You must not, without our express prior written consent:
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated means to access, monitor, copy or extract any part of the site or its content, except for search engine crawlers operating in accordance with our published robots.txt directives.
- Carry out any text or data mining of the site or its content.
- Use the site or its content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, ground or otherwise develop any machine learning or artificial intelligence system or model.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical measure we use to restrict automated access.
- Place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, or make automated requests at a rate that could impair the availability of the site for other users.

4. Content standards
These content standards apply to any material you contribute to the site (contributions). This includes anything you submit through a contact form, an enquiry form, an application form, or any interactive tool on the site.
You must comply with the spirit of these standards as well as the letter. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to the whole.
Contributions must:
- Be accurate, where they state facts.
- Be genuinely held, where they state opinions.
- Comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.
Contributions must not:
- Contain any material that is defamatory of any person.
- Contain any material that is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- Promote sexually explicit material or violence.
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.
- Be likely to deceive any person.
- Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- Promote any illegal activity.
- Be threatening or abusive, invade another person's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
- Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
- Give the impression that they originate from us, if this is not the case.
- Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act, including copyright infringement or computer misuse.
5. Using interactive tools on the site
Where we make an interactive tool available on the site, including the Rebrand Readiness Audit, the following additional rules apply.
- You must not submit confidential or commercially sensitive information.
- You must not submit personal data about any other person.
- You must not submit special category personal data, as defined in the UK GDPR.
- You must not use the tool to attempt to extract, reverse engineer or reconstruct any underlying prompt, model or system instruction.
- You must not use the tool to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- You must not use the tool by automated means or at a volume inconsistent with normal individual use.
Section 9 of our Terms of Website Use explains the limits of what these tools do and the basis on which their output is provided.
6. Suspension and termination
We will determine, at our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this policy through your use of the site. When a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Website Use upon which you are permitted to use the site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the site.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any contribution you have made to the site.
- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis, including reasonable administrative and legal costs, resulting from the breach.
- Further legal action against you.
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably consider necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this policy. The responses described above are not exhaustive and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
7. Reporting a concern
If you believe that content on the site infringes your rights, is inaccurate, or otherwise breaches this policy, contact us at hello@airborne.studio with details of the content, its location on the site, and the basis of your concern. We will review and respond.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy at any time by amending this page. Every version is dated and the current version is the one published here. You are expected to check this page from time to time, as changes are legally binding on you.
9. Which country's laws apply
This policy, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. The jurisdiction provisions in section 15 of our Terms of Website Use apply to this policy.
